Besides the machine tools, design on the specific requests of customers, our company designs and realizes serial machinery for the eyewear sector.

A range of machinery technologically advanced, reliable and efficient, that guarantee an excellent final result and the optimization of the working time. Since 2018, CAG has signed an agreement with the German company HAUG that deals exclusively with the commercialization, in Italy and abroad, of our machinery intended for the spectacles sector.

TETRAD TUMBLER

The machine is designed for working details and components made in printed or settled metallic material. The main function of this machine is the tumbling of particulars, process that allows to achieve an excellent result in refinishing and polishing of pieces’ surfaces.

SOUNDPROOF TUMBLER WITH OVERLAPPING BARRELS

The machine is a centrifugal tumbler with double horizontal axis with overlapping barrels, designed for working glasses details, metallic components printed or settled, or plastic material pantograph or injected.
The main function of this machine is the centrifugal tumbling of components, process that allows to achieve an excellent result in refinishing and polishing of pieces’ surfaces.

WASHER MACHINE

There is an inverter that allows to adjust the rate through a three digit switcher located in the electric panel. The inverter manages the start cycle of the machine and the hookup-release of the brake. The machine is made up with a desk of support where there is installed an electrical engine that leads to rotation the abrasive canvas. The emergency stop lock the rotation of the engine through a dedicated electromagnetic brake. The machine is provided with nozzles to be connected to the vacuum system centralized or dedicated. The intended use of the machine is the polishing of glasses and of their components.

PASSIVATION OVEN

The machine is a ventilated oven to be employed for the passivation of acetate components. The maximum achievable temperature is of 45 degrees. Lower temperature limits can be managed through the dedicated electrical panel.

TUNNEL REFRIGERATION

Both machines have the same functional characteristics and are used to chill glasses/components and to stabilize them after processing. The machine is a tunnel refrigerator for glasses. It is made up with an aluminium structure, and provided with a frontal opening door. Internally, there are installed two conveyor belts which have the function of cooling and drying glasses. The cycle is automatic and launched by a photocell. The loading and unloading is on the side of the operator. It is available the variant with the single conveyor belt with dedicated slide at the end of the tunnel for the unloading of pieces.

CAROUSEL REFRIGERATOR

The machine is a carousel refrigerator for acetate components. It is made up with an aluminium structure, and provided with a frontal opening door. The manufacturing cycle is automatic and regulated by a dedicated sensor that makes twist the internally housed disk.
